Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and prioritize your satisfaction with our perishable goods.
Given the delicate nature of fresh produce, we strongly encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly at the time of delivery. This is your immediate opportunity to verify the quality, freshness, and accuracy of the items against your invoice.
If, upon delivery, you notice any of the following, please bring it to the attention of our delivery personnel immediately:
Damaged or Spoiled Produce: Items that are visibly bruised, rotten, crushed, or otherwise unfit for consumption.
Incorrect Items: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., apples instead of oranges).
Missing Items: If an item listed on your invoice is not present in your delivery.
Our delivery team will make an on-the-spot assessment. For eligible issues, the item will be taken back, and your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly, or a refund for the specific item will be processed.
While we highly recommend checking at delivery, we understand that sometimes issues might only become apparent shortly after. For any quality concerns discovered after delivery, but within 2 hours of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will consider returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
Product Quality Issues: If the fresh produce is found to be spoiled, significantly damaged, or of unacceptable quality upon delivery or within the 2-hour post-delivery window (with photographic evidence).
Order Discrepancies: If incorrect items were delivered or items were missing from your order.
Weight Discrepancy Beyond Permitted Variation: While a 5% variation in weight is acceptable (as per our privacy policy), if the delivered quantity significantly deviates beyond this, we will address it.
Items not eligible for return or refund include:
Products that have been partially consumed, cut, cooked, or otherwise altered after delivery.
Products where the quality issue is reported beyond the stipulated 2-hour window.
Concerns arising from a change of mind after accepting the delivery.
Minor variations in size, shape, or color that are natural characteristics of fresh produce and do not affect its quality.
Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
